How it works for Trusts

Setting up your Trust’s system to run Doctor 360° is simple, quick and inexpensive.

Once contracted, we will establish your own Trust’s website space. We will train your designated appraisal administrator on the system and we will advise you on communication and creating the conditions where appraisal and the use of multi source feedback will be effective.

As Doctor 360° is an automated system, the strain on the organisation is kept to a minimum, with functions such as sending out invitations and reminder emails happening automatically.

Edgecumbe Doctor 360° has flexible settings. There are a number of settings on the system that can be set to accommodate the Trust’s preferences. These include:

  • the frequency of reminder emails
  • the number of colleagues to be invited to give feedback
  • the distribution of reports to appraisers

If necessary we can provide training and support for appraisers, and run briefing sessions for doctors who are unfamiliar or concerned about the use of multisource feedback. Read more.

Throughout the process our Client Service Team are on hand to resolve any questions or queries.

We can provide detailed reports for Responsible Officers in Trusts, with analysis of aggregated scores for their consultants or GPs, comparison’s with norms and provide information on usage such as average number of colleagues and patients giving feedback.
