About our Doctor 360° Practice Report
See how your practice is doing with our aggregate report of all the patient feedback data from your practice, benchmarked against the UK GP average.
The report contains a bar chart illustration of benchmarked responses to each question, as well as the percentage of patients who would recommend their doctor to friends and family. For the purpose of anonymity, we don’t publish the individual doctors’ details; just the average view of their patient feedback as a whole.
It comes with a PDF poster designed for sharing positive key findings from the report in your surgery waiting room, including the patient response rate to the Friends and Family question.
Please ensure that all of the doctors at your practice have completed or have been registered to complete the Doctor 360 Patient Feedback exercise before ordering this service. If you’ve not done so already, you can add the Patient Feedback exercises to your order when making this purchase.
Please also bear in mind that the report cannot be produced until all participating doctors have completed their Doctor 360 Patient Feedback exercise.
