Validity and GMC compliancy with fewer feedback returns

As part of our drive for continual improvement, we commissioned an independently conducted G-study into the psychometric properties of our Doctor 360 tool. This study demonstrated that our tool has a higher level of reliability than any other that we have encountered. For example, our tool requires only 12 colleague and 17 patient questionnaires to achieve the threshold for acceptable validity and GMC compliancy (compared to 15 colleague and 34 patient returns for the GMC’s own feedback tool).

Remote patient feedback

Our tool incorporates multiple remote patient feedback facilities, including the capacity to send patients a unique link to the questionnaire via SMS or email for them to complete online. This avoids the need to enter their personal details into the system.

Avoid delays in receiving feedback from colleagues and patients

• Upload a photo to the online questionnaire to reduce the risk of colleagues or patients mistaking you for a different doctor.
• Should your nominated colleague not be able to provide feedback, they can instantly decline your invitation and provide a reason via the system, prompting you to nominate someone else in their place at your earliest convenience.
