Important Changes to Doctor 360

Between now and the 28th of October 2020 Doctor 360 is in the process of moving to a new and improved platform. Our new platform will provide a wealth of new features and functionality making the service more intuitive and easier to use, and provide more flexibility for you to quickly and effectively manage your next 360 review.

What are you required to do?

As an existing user you may have one or several tasks you still need to complete. These could be:

As a doctor completing a 360 exercise, or;
As a colleague who has been asked to provide feedback.

If you have outstanding tasks then please try and complete these by the 28th October 2020. This includes saving your feedback reports to your appraisal portfolio, as these documents will not be available from the Dr360 platform after this date.

Refer to the login details in your invitation email to access the system and complete your tasks.

What to do if you can’t complete your outstanding tasks.

If you are employed by a medical organisation that is contracted to use Doctor 360, either on its own or as part of the PReP Revalidation System, then please contact your local Revalidation Manager for advice.
If you are a doctor who has purchased your feedback exercise from us directly then please get in touch with us, giving a brief summary of your 360 exercise status, at support@edgecumbe.co.uk

What happens after 28th October 2020?

When you next order a 360 feedback exercise from us or are assigned one by your Revalidation Manager, you will be automatically directed to use an account on the new and improved Doctor 360 platform.

A reminder of key dates:

18th September 2020

No new 360 feedback exercises will be enabled on the existing platform after this date.

28th October 2020

Full system access shutdown will take place with all 360 activities, including obtaining of feedback reports, to be completed in advance of this date.
