Bhavna Sawnani, Health Services Manager (Maternity Cover)

Bhavna joined us in June 2015 and holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham. Following an initial career as a Process Improvement Consultant and running her own dance lessons company in Gran Canaria, she is now working as a consultant, focusing on employee engagement and personality assessment.

Having conducted internal research projects such as NHS Trust 360 feedback analytical reports, Bhavna has developed a passion for HR Analytics and data visualisation. Alongside this, she has been working on the development of our corporate 360 feedback product, so now looks to apply her skills and knowledge to the Edgecumbe Health Services.

Rebecca Lees, Health Services Manager

Becky has worked within the Health division of Edgecumbe Consulting Group since 2010 and having trained in First Line Management, now heads up the Health Services team to ensure that clients receive the best assistance and support they can.

Since working as Business Development Manager for the company, Becky's main focus has more recently been to drive the quality and development of our Edgecumbe Health products. In partiular, she has been looking at how we can best draw from client feedback to improve the product as well as looking at the data captured to improve organisational intelligence on the insights that can be gained from 360 feedback.


Georgia Feltham, Senior Client Service Coordinator

Georgia joined Edgecumbe in 2015 after completing her A-levels in Bristol. Georgia started with us as an assistant working on data entry for our Doctor 360 and has since progressed to Senior Client Coordinator focussing on supporting our Doctor 360 clients and improving our tools and processing within our Health Services department. Georgia is Edgecumbe’s champion typist, averaging about a thousand words per minute (or at least it sounds like it)!

Arthur Nares, Client Support Assistant

Arthur joined Edgecumbe in September 2017 and works on both the Health Services and Corporate Research teams. He earned his BA in History from the University of the West of England in 2012. He has previously worked in a variety of fields including customer service, marketing, construction, agriculture, hopitality, and charity.

Arthur's role includes client support, administration, and data entry. Since joining the company, this has been expanded to include running the doctor 360 website. This fits well with Arthur's passion for writing and his fascination with Information Techonology. He also assists with digital marketing at Edgecumbe, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Jack Taylor, Client Support Assistant

Jack is the newest member of the team, having joined us in April 2018 after recently moving to Bristol from York. He has a degree in English Language with Journalism from the University of Huddersfield and has previously worked in travel and hospitality.

His main role at Edgecumbe focuses on ensuring accurate publication of patient feedback reports and providing personal support to our clients. Outside of work he enjoys reading, animation, and live music. Jack is also an intrepid traveller, having visited four different continents and taught English in three different countries.
