About us

Our track record in medical appraisal and revalidation is second to none, starting in 1995. We have trained thousands of consultants and GPs in medical appraisal, and served on numerous advisory groups and committees. We also work closely with the National Clinical Assessment Service and have maintained our position as one of two providers authorised to perform behavioural assessments since its formation in 2002.

Our Assessment Services are delivered by a small, close-knit team who understand that NHS medical staff are very busy people. We pride ourselves on prompt answers to queries, and efficient escalation and prioritisation where required. Because we are small and flexible, there’ll always be a familiar voice on the phone to respond to short notice requests.

Rebecca Lees

Assessment Services Manager

Becky has worked within the Health division of Edgecumbe Consulting Group since 2010 and having trained in First Line Management, now heads up the Health Services team to ensure that clients receive the best assistance and support they can.

Since working as Business Development Manager for the company, Becky’s main focus has more recently been to drive the quality and development of our Edgecumbe Health products. In partiular, she has been looking at how we can best draw from client feedback to improve the product as well as looking at the data captured to improve organisational intelligence on the insights that can be gained from 360 feedback.

Georgia Feltham

Senior Client Service Coordinator

Georgia joined Edgecumbe in 2015 after completing her A-levels in Bristol. Georgia started with us as an assistant working on data entry for our Doctor 360 and has since progressed to Senior Client Coordinator focussing on supporting our Doctor 360 clients and improving our tools and processing within our Health Services department. Georgia is Edgecumbe’s champion typist, averaging about a thousand words per minute (or at least it sounds like it)!

Beth Carter

Client Support Assistant

Beth joined Edgecumbe in 2019, after graduating with a BA in History of Art from the University of Manchester. As a Client Support Assistant, her role focusses on administering and providing support to clients across the health and corporate services.

Josh Fletcher

Client Support Assistant

Josh became part of the team in July 2019, his duties include, supporting doctors and GP’s with the Doctor 360 team to help them through the feedback area of their revalidations, and general overseeing and support of the psychometrics and 360s.
