About our new Medical Team Leader 360°
We specialise in leadership assessment and are proud of our globally-recognised Primary Colours® Leadership 360, which includes results from some of the world’s top leaders and is based on our proprietary Primary Colours® Model of Leadership. With extensive experience in, and contribution to, medical revalidation over the years, we have been keen to develop a 360° feedback solution specifically for the use of medical leaders and managers.
We are pleased to announce that we have developed a questionnaire focused at the FMLM’s Associate Fellow level. This means that it is created against the framework of the first two domains of the FMLM Standards (‘self and team player’ and ‘team leader’ behaviours). The FMLM Standards are derived from, and build on from, GMC guidance, leadership and management standards for all doctors, UK national leadership frameworks and models, and research on medical leadership, management and engagement.

We would now like to pilot the questionnaire to ensure the assessment tool is as constructive and insightful as it can be for medical leader professional development. Therefore, we are offering a discount for access to the exercise on a first come, first served basis, for up to 30 participants at managerial or leadership level: £59+VAT instead of the £96+VAT RRP.
