About our Practice Manager 360°

We developed this 33 item colleague questionnaire in active collaboration with the Practice Management Network (PMN to be tailored to the particular demands of the Practice Manager role.

Practice staff, senior colleagues and other Practice Managers are asked to feedback on the participant’s competencies in areas such as quality and risk management, human resources and leadership, while the Practice Manager completes their own self-assessment.

The questionnaire should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete.

Once all feedback is collected a final report will be sent to the Practice Manager and a nominated colleague along with guidance on how to interpret the report and respond to the feedback.
