About our Non-Clinical 360°
Physicians in non-clinical settings should be assessed on professional objectives besides patient care, so this feedback questionnaire examines managerial, leadership and educational responsibilities. Designed in association with Dr Megan Joffe, Chartered Clinical Psychologist (BPS) with dual HPC registration as a clinical and occupational psychologist, the question set explores areas such as the supervision of staff, measuring student performance and sharing information on best practice, and is based on the four domains of good medical practice.
We are currently piloting this assessment with the GMC to make it compliant for revalidation
During the pilot, we are offering an introductory price of £59 + VAT for participants, in exchange for completing a short review of the 360° tool once your feedback report is received.
