Here’s a bit more information about the service upgrades taking place for Doctor 360 in 2020, including remote patient feedback, an unlimited choice of questionnaires to use and simultaneous colleague feedback functionality, all delivered on a brand new intuitive and speedy system.
What are the benefits of using the new site?
New features & functionality: We’re adding a number of system features to make giving and receiving feedback quicker, easier and more reliable. For example:

Colleagues are able to simultaneously give feedback to several doctors side-by-side, rather than having to work through each questionnaire in isolation. |

Online Patient feedback, with remote request functionality: In response to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on limitations around patient contact with doctors, we offer remote patient feedback facilities, where a link can be emailed or texted to patients to complete an online version of the questionnaire. An added benefit is the time and effort this saves you and your doctors on the task of sending paper-based data for processing. |

Better performance: because the system is brand new, it runs on efficient and speedy technology, making life easier for you, your doctors and their colleagues using the system.
More intuitive: designed with a fresh and simple look and feel, the system is easy to navigate making tasks easy to carry out.
As standardised or flexible as you want: we’ve vastly broadened the scope of the system configuration to allow for organisation-specific requirements. For example, you’ll be able to run specialty and bespoke questionnaires from the same system, you can have variances on minimum feedback numbers (for example, some organisations prefer for some specialties to collect more colleague feedback than 12) and create organisation-specific messages to your doctors.
As secure and resilient as possible: Further to Edgecumbe’s Cyber Essentials Accreditation, we now use ISO 27001-compliant Azure hosting, enhancing the system security. The Server Hardware and Data Centre Failover is built-in to the Azure hosting platform, along with robust backup and DR in place. So you can be sure your data is safe.
